Define composite function.

यदि\( S_n = \frac{n}{2}(a + l) \) समानान्तरीय श्रेणीको योगफल पत्ता लगाउने सूत्र भए l ले के जनाउँछ, लेख्नुहोस् ।
\( S_n = \frac{n}{2}(a + l) \) represents the formula to find the sum of arithmetic series, what does lll represent? Write it.

एउटा फलन f(x) कुन अवस्थामा विन्दु x=a मा निरन्तर हुन्छ ? सङ्केतमा लेख्नुहोस् ।
In which condition the function f(x) is continuous at the point x=a? Write in symbol.

मेट्रिक्सहरू A, B र I को क्रम 2×22 छन् । यदि AB=I भए मेट्रिक्स A र मेट्रिक्स B बिचको सम्बन्ध लेख्नुहोस् । जहाँ I एउटा एकाइ मेट्रिक्स हो ।
Order of matrices A, B and I are 2×22 \times 22×2. If AB=I, write the relation between matrix A and matrix B where I is an identity matrix.

\( ax^2 + 2hxy + by^2 = 0 \) ले एक जोडा सीधा रेखाहरूलाई प्रतिनिधित्व गर्छ भने कुन अवस्थामा ती रेखाहरू आपसमा लम्ब हुन्छन्, लेख्नुहोस् ।
\( ax^2 + 2hxy + by^2 = 0 \)represents a pair of straight lines. In which condition these lines are perpendicular to each other? Write it.

समतलीय सतहले सोलीलाई प्रतिच्छेदन गर्दा समतलीय सतहले सोलीको अक्षसँग बनाएको कोण (θ) र सोलीको अर्धशीर्षकोण (α) वरावर भएको अवस्थामा कस्तो ज्यामितीय आकृति बन्दछ, लेख्नुहोस् ।
If the angle (θ) made by the plane surface with the axis of cone is equal to the semi-vertical angle (α) of the cone when the plane intersects the cone, what type of geometrical figure is formed? Write it.

\( cos⁡A \) लाई\( \tan\frac{A}{2} \)  को रूपमा व्यक्त गर्नुहोस् ।
Express cos A  in terms of \( \tan\frac{A}{2} \).

8.2sin⁡A⋅cos⁡Bलाई sine अथवा cosine को योग वा अन्तरको रूपमा व्यक्त गर्नुहोस् ।
Express 2sin⁡A⋅cos⁡B in the form of sum or difference of sine or cosine.

यदि \( \vec{a} = \begin{pmatrix} x_1 \\ y_1 \end{pmatrix} \) र\( \vec{b} = \begin{pmatrix} x_2 \\ y_2 \end{pmatrix} \) भए \( \vec{a} \) र \( \vec{b} \) को स्केलर गुणनफल कति हुन्छ ? लेख्नुहोस् ।
If \( \vec{a} = \begin{pmatrix} x_1 \\ y_1 \end{pmatrix} \) and\( \vec{b} = \begin{pmatrix} x_2 \\ y_2 \end{pmatrix} \), what is the scalar product of \( \vec{a} \) and \( \vec{b} \)? Write it.

यदि उत्क्रम वृत्तको केन्द्र (h,k) र अर्धव्यास 'r' भए विन्दु p(x,y) को उत्क्रम विन्दुको निर्देशाङ्कहरू लेख्नुहोस् ।
If the centre of inversion circle is (h,k) and radius 'r' then write the co-ordinates of the inversion point of the point p(x,y).

यदि फलन f(x)=2x+3 भए \( f^{-1}(3) \) को मान पत्तालगाउनुहोस् ।
If function f(x)=2x+3, then find the value of \( f^{-1}(3). \)

समीकरण \( y = 2x^2 - 4x + 7y=2 \)   बाट बन्ने परावोलाको समिमतीय रेखाको समीकरण पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।
Find the equation of line of symmetry of the parabola formed by the equation \( y = 2x^2 - 4x + 7 \).

यदि मेट्रिक्स \( A = \begin{pmatrix} x & 3 \\ 4 & 2 \end{pmatrix} \) एउटा एकल मेट्रिक्स भए x को मान पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।
If matrix \( A = \begin{pmatrix} x & 3 \\ 4 & 2 \end{pmatrix} \) is a singular matrix then find the value of x.

यदि \( (k + 3)x^2 + 2(k - 3)xy + (k - 3)y^2 = 0 \) ले प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने एक जोडा रेखाहरू आपसमा सम्पाती छन् भने k को मान पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।
If a pair of lines represented by \( (k + 3)x^2 + 2(k - 3)xy + (k - 3)y^2 = 0 \) are coincident to each other, find the value of k.

प्रमाणित गर्नुहोस् (Prove that):
tan⁡A+cot⁡A=2csc ⁡2 A

हल गर्नुहोस् (Solve):\( (0^\circ \leq \theta \leq 90^\circ) \).
\( 4\sin\theta = \csc\theta \)

भेक्टरहरू\( \vec{a} = \begin{pmatrix} 2 \\ 3 \end{pmatrix} \) र\( \vec{b} = \begin{pmatrix} 6 \\ -4 \end{pmatrix} \)    बिचको कोण पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।
Find the angle between vectors \( \vec{a} = \begin{pmatrix} 2 \\ 3 \end{pmatrix} \)and \( \vec{b} = \begin{pmatrix} 6 \\ -4 \end{pmatrix} \).

एउटा निरन्तर श्रेणीमा मध्यिका \( (M_d) = 40 ∑f=50\ \) र \( ∑f∣m−Md∣=530 \) छन् भने मध्यक भिन्नताको गुणाङ्क पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।
In a continuous series, median \( (M_d) = 40, ∑f=50\ \) and \( \sum f|m - M_d| = 530 \). Find the coefficient of mean deviation.

हल गर्नुहोस् (Solve):
\( y^3 - 19y - 30 = 0 \)

निम्न लिखित अवस्थामा P=3x+y को अधिकतम मान पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।
Find the maximum value of P=3x+y under the following conditions.
\( 2y≤x−1, x+y≤4, x≥0 and y≥0 \)

फलन f(x) = 3x + 2  एउटा वास्तविक फलन हो ।
The function f(x)=3x+2 is a real valued function.

(a) f(2.999) र f(3.001) को मानहरू पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।
Find the values of f(2.999)and f(3.001).

(b) के फलन f(x)विन्दु x=3 मा निरन्तर हुन्छ ? कारण दिनुहोस् ।
Is the function f(x) continuous at x=3? Give reason.

क्रामरको नियम प्रयोग गरी हल गर्नुहोस् ।

Solve by using Cramer's rule.
9x−8y=12, 2x+3y=17

शीर्षविन्दुहरू (1,4)(−5,7) र (3,5) भएको त्रिभुजको पहिलो शीर्षविन्दुबाट खिचिएको उचाइको समीकरण पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।
Find the equation of the altitude of a triangle having vertices (1,4), (−5,7)and (3,5) drawn from the first vertex.

प्रमाणित गर्नुहोस् (Prove that):
\( \frac{\sin A \cdot \cos A - \sin B \cdot \cos B}{\cos^2 B - \cos^2 A} = \cot(A + B) \)

यदि\( A + B + C = 180^\circ \) भए प्रमाणित गर्नुहोस् ।
If \( A + B + C = 180^\circ \), then prove that:
\( \cos^2\frac{A}{2} + \cos^2\frac{B}{2} + \cos^2\frac{C}{2} = 2 + 2\sin\frac{A}{2} \cdot \sin\frac{B}{2} \cdot \sin\frac{C}{2} \)

एउटा रूखको टुप्पोलाई एउटै समतल र रूखको एकैतिर परेका दुई विन्दुहरूबाट हेर्दा उन्नतांश कोणहरू क्रमश: \( 30^\circ \) र \( 45^\circ \) पाइएछ । यदि ती दुई विन्दुबिचको दुरी 20 मिटर भए रूखको उचाइ पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।
When the top of a tree is observed from two points lying on the same plane and same side of the tree then the angles of elevation are found to be\( 30^\circ \) and \( 45^\circ \) respectively. If the distance between the two points is 20 m, then find the height of the tree.

शीर्षविन्दुहरू A(2,0), B(2,9) र C(6,7)भएको त्रिभुज ABC लाई एउटा 2×2 स्थानान्तरण मेट्रिक्सले शीर्षविन्दुहरू A′(0,2), B′(9,2) र C′(7,6) भएको त्रिभुज A'B'C' मा स्थानान्तरण गर्छ भने स्थानान्तरण गर्ने 2×2 मेट्रिक्स पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।

A triangle ABC with vertices A(2,0), B(2,9)B(2, 9)B(2,9) and C(6,7)C(6, 7)C(6,7) is transformed on to the triangle A'B'C' with vertices A′(0,2), B′(9,2)and C′(7,6) by a 2×2 transformation matrix. Find the 2×2 transformation matrix.

दिइएको तथ्याङ्कको तेस्रो चतुर्थांश 38.75 भए चतुर्थांशीय भिन्नता गणना गर्नुहोस् :

Calculate the quartile deviation of the given data when the third quartile is 38.75.

गुणोत्तर श्रेणीमा भएका पहिलो तीनओटा पदहरूको गुणनफल 1000 छ । यदि पहिलो पदलाई स्थिर राखेर दोस्रो र तेस्रो पदहरूमा क्रमश: 6 र 7 जोड्दा ती पदहरू समानान्तरीय श्रेणीमा हुन्छन् भने गुणोत्तर श्रेणीमा भएका ती पदहरू पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।
The product of first three terms of a geometric series is 1000. If keeping the first term constant and 6 and 7 be added to the second and third terms respectively, the terms are in the arithmetic series. Find the terms which are in geometric series.

A र B समकेन्द्रित दुई वृत्तहरू छन् र वृत्त B को अर्धव्यास वृत्त A को अर्धव्यासको आधा छ । यदि वृत्त A को समीकरण\( x^2 + y^2 - 6x + 2y - 6 = 0 \) भए वृत्त B को समीकरण पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।
A and B are two concentric circles and radius of circle B is half of the radius of circle A. If the equation of circle A is \( x^2 + y^2 - 6x + 2y - 6 = 0 \), then find the equation of circle B.

समानान्तर चतुर्भुज EFGH का विकर्णहरू परस्पर समद्विभाजन हुन्छन् भनी भेक्टर विधिद्वारा प्रमाणित गर्नुहोस् ।
Prove by vector method that the diagonals of a parallelogram EFGH bisect each other.

यदि \( R_1 \)​ ले y-अक्षमा हुने परावर्तन र \( R_2 \)​ ले उद्गम विन्दुको वरिपरि \( -90^\circ \) मा हुने परिक्रमणलाई जनाउँछन् भने संयुक्त स्थानान्तरण \( R_1 \circ R_2 \)​ ले जनाउने एकल स्थानान्तरण पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् । सोही एकल स्थानान्तरण प्रयोग गरी शीर्षविन्दुहरू A(2,0), B(3,1) र C(1,1)भएको △ABC लाई स्थानान्तरण गर्दा बन्ने प्रतिविम्बको शीर्षविन्दुहरूका निर्देशाङ्कहरू पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् । साथै वस्तु र प्रतिविम्बलाई एउटै लेखाचित्रमा प्रस्तुत गर्नुहोस् ।

If \( R_1​ \) represents the reflection on y-axis and\( R_2 \) represents the rotation about origin through \( -90^\circ \) find the single transformation represented by the combined transformation \( R_1 \circ R_2 \)​. Using the same single transformation, find the co-ordinates of the vertices of image so formed of △ABC with vertices A(2,0), B(3,1)and C(1,1). Also present the object and the image in the same graph paper.
