निम्न जानकारीका आधारमा सञ्चालन क्रियाकलापबाट नगद प्रवाह निर्धारण गर्नुहोस् ।

ग्राहक खातामा कमी (Account receivable decreased): Rs. 40,000

ह्रासकट्टी (Depreciation): Rs. 10,000

मितव्ययी आदेश परिमाण ६०० इकाई र आदेश सङ्ख्या १२ पटक छ भने, वार्षिक आवश्यकता पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् ।

EOQ is 600 units and No. of order is 12 times, find out annual requirement.

A कम्पनी लि.ले १०० अंकित दरका १०,००० कित्ता शेयर रु. ११० भुक्तानी गर्ने गरी आवेदन माग गर्‍यो, रकम निम्न बमोजिम भुक्तानी गर्नुपर्नेछ, A Company Ltd. invited applications for 10,000 shares of Rs. 100 each at Rs. 110 payable as under :

आवेदनमा (On application): Rs. 30

प्रब्याजसहित बाँडफाँडमा (On allotment including premium): Rs. 50

अन्तिम माग (On final call): Rs. 30

१२,००० शेयरहरूको आवेदन प्राप्त भयो । शेयरहरू समानुपातिक बाँडफाँड गरियो । आवेदनमा प्राप्त बढी रकम बाँडफाँडमा प्रयोग गरियो । सबै शेयरहरूको रकम माग गरे बमोजिम प्राप्त भयो तर ४०० शेयरहरूको अन्तिम किस्ता प्राप्त भएन ।

Application were received for 12,000 shares. Shares were allotted on pro-rata basis. Excess application money were utilized towards the money due on allotment. All calls were duly made and received except on final call money on 400 shares.

 A company issued 1,000 shares at Rs. 100 per share to purchase plant of Rs. 1,10,000.

तयार गर्नुहोस् (Required): प्लान्ट खरिद र शेयर जारी गरेको प्रविष्टी (Entry for purchase of plant by issuing share.)

(II) एउटा कम्पनीले रु. १०० दरका ४,०००, ९% ऋणपत्र १०% अतिरिक्त रकममा जारी गर्‍यो र ५ वर्ष पछि अंकित मूल्यमा फिर्ता गर्नेछ । A company issued 4,000, 9% debentures of Rs. 100 each at 10% premium and redeemable after 5 year at par.

तयार गर्नुहोस् (Required):

गत वर्ष चैत ३१ को एउटा कम्पनीको खाताहरूको मौज्दात निम्न बमोजिम छ :

सामग्री नियन्त्रण भनेको के हो ? यसका कुनै तीन उद्देश्यहरू लेख्नुहोस् ।

(I) भण्डार खाताको अर्थ प्रष्ट्याउनुहोस् ।  Clarify the meaning of store ledger.

(II) आश्विन महिनाको भण्डार कारोबारहरू निम्न प्रकार छ : The following are the store transactions for the month of Aswin.

आश्विन (Aswin) 5: खरिद (Purchase) 500 units @ Rs. 6

आश्विन महिनाको जम्मा बिक्री (Total sales during the month of Aswin): 1,100 units

पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् (Required):  बिक्री वस्तुको लागत तथा अन्तिम मौज्दातको लागत LIFO विधि प्रयोग गरी आवधिक मौज्दात प्रणालीको आधारमा (Cost of goods sold and cost of ending inventory using LIFO method under periodic inventory system.)

(I) ज्यालासँग सम्बन्धित जानकारीहरू निम्न प्रकार छन् : The following information are given relating to wages:

प्रति इकाई ज्याला (Wage rate per unit): Rs. 120

प्रति घण्टा उत्पादन (Output per hour): 4 units

जम्मा कार्य घण्टा (Total working hours): 400 hours

पत्ता लगाउनुहोस् (Required): [2] जम्मा ज्याला (Total wages)

(II) लागत तथा वित्तीय लेखाको तुलना गर्दा निम्न तथ्यहरू पत्ता लाग्यो । On comparison of cost and financial accounts, the following facts were disclosed.

i) वित्तीय लेखा अनुसार मुनाफा (Net profit as per financial account) : Rs. 45,000

 ii) वित्तीय लेखामा कर भुक्तानी (Tax paid shown in financial account) : Rs. 10,000

iii) वित्तीय लेखामा लाभांश आम्दानी (Dividend received recorded in financial account) : Rs. 8,000

 iv) लागत लेखामा ह्रासकट्टी कमी (Depreciation under charged in cost account) : Rs. 10,000

The following was the trial balance of a company :

थप जानकारीहरू (Additional information):

 i) अन्तिम मौज्दात (Closing stock) : Rs. 50,000

 ii) अग्रिम बिमा खर्च लेखियो (Prepaid insurance premium expired): Rs. 25,000

iii) तिर्न बाँकी तलव (Salary due) : Rs. 5,000

iv) मेशिनरीमा ह्रासकट्टी (Depreciation on machinery) : 10%

 v) आयकरको लागि व्यवस्था (Provision for income tax) : 25%

तयार गर्नुहोस् (Required): 

 a) NFRS अनुसार नाफा नोक्सान विवरण (Statement of profit or loss as per NFRS)

b) NFRS अनुसार वित्तीय अवस्थाको विवरण (Statement of financial position as per NFRS)

OR (अथवा)

a) बहुचरण आय विवरण (Multi step income statement)

एउटा कम्पनीको तुलनात्मक बासलात निम्नानुसार छ : The comparative balance of a company is as follows :

ii) बिक्रीको लागत (Cost of goods sold): Rs. 2,18,000

iii) सञ्चालन खर्च (Operating expenses): Rs. 50,000

 iv) मेशिनरी खरिद (Machinery purchased): Rs. 1,60,000

v) मेशिनरी बिक्री (Machinery sold): Rs. 35,000 vi) आयकर भुक्तानी (Income tax paid): Rs. 2,000

vii) लाभांश भुक्तानी (Dividend paid): Rs. 30,000

तयार गर्नुहोस् (Required): 

 प्रत्यक्ष विधि प्रयोग गरी नगद प्रवाह विवरण (Cash flow statement using direct method)

एउटा कारखानाको गत वर्षको उत्पादन लागतसँग सम्बन्धित जानकारीहरू दिइएको छ : Last year's production cost related information of a factory are provided as:

प्रत्यक्ष सामग्री (Direct material): Rs. 2,00,000

प्रत्यक्ष ज्याला (Direct wages): Rs. 1,00,000

कारखाना अप्रत्यक्ष खर्च (Factory overhead): Rs. 50,000

कार्यालय अप्रत्यक्ष खर्च (Office overhead): Rs. 70,000

बोलपत्र पेश गर्नका लागि निम्नानुसारको प्रत्यक्ष लागत र अन्य अनुमानित जानकारीहरू दिइएको छ : For the submission of a tender the following information of direct cost and other estimation are provided as:

प्रत्यक्ष सामग्री (Direct material): Rs. 80,000

प्रत्यक्ष ज्याला (Direct wages): Rs. 50,000

कारखाना अप्रत्यक्ष खर्च प्रत्यक्ष ज्यालाको आधारमा र कार्यालय अप्रत्यक्ष खर्च कारखाना लागतको आधारमा निर्धारण गरिने छ । नाफा बिक्री रकमको २५ प्रतिशत हुनेछ ।

Factory overhead on the basis of direct wages and office overhead on the basis of factory cost. Profit will be 25% on sales amount.
