Course Description

Business Studies curriculum is an in-depth exploration of the Functions of Management and the operational realities of the modern corporate world. It is designed to move students from understanding what a business is to how a business is managed.

Course Objective

Understand the essential parts of a plan, including the Executive Summary, Company Description, Market Analysis, Operational Plan, and Financial Projections. Analyze Market Feasibility: Develop the skill to research the target audience and competitors (using tools like Porter’s Five Forces) to ensure there is a demand for the product or service. Understand Resource Allocation: Learn how to calculate the human, technical, and financial resources needed to keep a business .
