What is the cause of systolic pressure of blood?
(i) मुटुमा अत्यधिक चाप उत्पन्न हुनु
due to excessive pressure created in the heart.
(ii) मुटुको वायाँ भेन्ट्रिकलले रगतमा उत्पन्न गरेको चाप धमनीमा प्रसारण हुनु
due to pressure produced in the left ventricle of the heart is transmitted to the artery.
(iii) मुटुको वायाँ भेन्ट्रिकल खुम्चँदा धमनी पनि खुम्चनु
